My father, Jay Humphreys, was there to help when the family needed him. He led TAMKO for 38 years until his death. His vision for growth and quality products laid the foundation on which the company continues to grow and prosper today. His influence on TAMKO established the culture still in place with the company’s unwavering commitment to “Free Market Principles” and Deming’s “Continuous Improvement.” As TAMKO’s President and CEO today, my role is to continue these commitments and maintain the company’s strong culture of honesty, integrity, and respect.

Without my father’s foresight and willingness to take risks, to adapt to changing technology and customer demand, TAMKO would not be here today.
